Notify the Office of the Building using Building Engines if you experience any heating, ventilation, or air conditioning discomfort. Heating and air conditioning are provided Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The building is heated at all times, however; a lower temperature is maintained in the evenings and on weekends. HVAC operating hours are also adjusted according to extreme weather conditions, but normally acceptable temperatures are maintained.
For after-hours HVAC, the 10 and 120 South Riverside buildings offer the option of submitting a request via the Work Order System to schedule services on an hourly basis. This request must be submitted no later than two (2) business days in advance. All after-hours HVAC cancellation requests must be made by phone or email to the Office of the Building no later than 48 hours in advance. Cancellations only submitted through the Work Order System will not constitute notice and will be subject to charge.
