Building Access

The building’s regular access hours are from 6:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. There are two entrances at each building, the lobby and the dock. Each entrance is monitored by security 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Main Lobby Access

The main lobby entrances are on the east side of the building on Riverside Plaza and are open 24 hours a day. The security desks, located in each lobby, are staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Each building is wheelchair accessible. 10 South Riverside Plaza has card access turnstiles.

Messenger Access

Messengers must check in with dock security prior to continuing to a tenant’s space to pick up and/or drop off a package. Messengers are required to leave their bag(s) at the security desk and have a certificate of insurance on file with the management office. Security will not sign for any packages or envelopes.

Utility Closet Access

Tenant contacts must formally request entry to telephone/electrical closets by submitting a request through the Online Work Order System. Upon review, the tenant will receive formal approval. After approval from the Office of the Building, a security officer will issue keys to the contractor, record times in and out, and withhold an identification card until the job is completed. When the contractor’s work is complete, a building representative will inspect the closet to make sure it has been left in orderly condition. If conditions are found to be unacceptable, the tenant contact will be notified and will be responsible for the repairs and/or clean-up. All access requests must be in the Work Order System at least three (3) business days in advance.
